Needed a new valve insert for my kitchen tap which had begun dripping. Took the old one down to them and the friendly staff found me a replacement in no time at all. I couldn't get it to fit and upon returning, they spotted what I was doing wrong right away. With their help I fitted the new valve easily!

After trying numerous others, went to Plumb In with a sticking valve for a mixer tap. Dave was incredibly helpful, managed to free the stuck valves and fitted replacements. Must be the best plumbing shop in Devon, if not the country.

I had been struggling to find the correct tap cartridge, they seemed to come in so many different sizes. I nearly gave up then I heard about the Plumb In Ltd.
