Pets at Home in Exeter is a good-sized store, well stocked and clean. I popped in during my work break, but the aquarium lights were off so I couldn?t really see the fish. Maybe it was due to quarantine or something like that. Still, it?s a nice store overall.

I recently visited Pers at Home and bought a beautiful Oranda Goldfish, and I couldn?t be happier with my experience! The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain proper care, feeding, and tank setup for the Oranda variety. The fish was healthy, active, and had vibrant colors ? clearly well cared for.

Absolutely racist staff! Just come into the store with my friend to watch him be racially abused by your staff. Upon complaining to another staff he said my friend deserved it as he did seem hostile (how he came to that conclusion when he was the other side of the store is beyond me) I suggest you have a word with your staff.

For such a huge store their stock is very low as if the company is struggling. You can't even get an iodine block in there and the people I asked hadn't even heard of iodine.

The vets are always so good with my cat! There are lots of toys and treats for her after her appointment, and staff are always friendly

I visit here often, mainly to see the Gunnie Pigs and the Rabbits. But also have a good selection of dog and cat treats, foods and toys.

Took our dog Ollie in for annual checkup/vaccination and while we were waiting I went and looked at the oh so cute dwarf hamsters, they are so lovely,
My granddaughter keeps asking if she could get one ( which will mean nanny and grandad taken care until she stays at the weekend)but we won't mind,
Can anyone tell me if they need special requirements/looking after??
