We were served by a lovely girl called Amelia, who couldn?t have been nicer and more helpful, super lovely and chatty and was passionate and enthusiastic about her job. However, there was a rude older woman with a short brown bob and glasses who was the rudest sales person i?ve ever come across. She pushed past me and my partner twice and on one of the occasions rudely told us to get in the queue if we wanted anything, when we were browsing.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I went in yesterday to change the size of some rings I had been bought for Christmas, everything seemed OK. Went to wear them today and they are two different sizes and so I needed to get them to rectify their mistake. The queue was down the street, I waited for 10 mins and then thought I shouldn?t have to wait as it is their mistake. Was told tough, I had to wait even though the rings do not correspond to the sizes in my receipt! How can it be OK they made a mistake and I had to wait an hour to be seen?

i went in to the store in exeter in the week and was greeted my a lovely lady named Loraine, i had no clue what i wanted or what ring size i was and what would fit the best on my finger, she helped me pick out the most beautiful 2 ringswhat a credit to the pandora team !
