Called in on Sunday morning to try and match a tile. Lady in showroom (Sophie) was exceptional ! Greeted us with a smile and although was not able to help with what we required, went over and above to offer helpful options. Her customer service skills were a credit to her. Well done !!

A fantastic company to deal with. I dealt with three of the sales team as well as the guy in stores on two occasions - all very helpful - nothing was ever a problem. I had dealings with the GM too - a proof that good company culture comes from the top! Thanks for making my tiling project a good experience.

From the first time we walked into the Exeter store we were impressed with the range of tiles on offer and the excellent service. Sophie has dealt with our order throughout and we cannot fault her professionalism and friendly manner. We wholly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. They have had a major facelift since our last visit in Summer 2022. They have moved to showing off the more of the tiles in larger areas, so has more of a showroom feel than the warehouse I am used to. Staff helpful and friendly. Doesn't feel like they have the same number or different ranges that they used to have but due to the set up we have finally (after a year of looking) found a tile we are going to go for.
