DO NOT USE OPTICAL EXPRESS! Absolutely awful experience with the Exeter office, purposely pushed my aftercare over the 1 year mark so I’d have to pay, not returning calls, cancelling appointments, not sending contact lenses after I’d just paid £5k to be contact lense and glasses free! This optometrist, Sara Khani, was rude, combative and defensive, in my experience, it appeared that she had her corporate script and would not tolerate questions.
