I upgraded my phone on line but ran into difficulties when trying to await h them over. I thought I?d go into store to get some help.
Trip one - the guy, was helpful and did something to my phone set an alarm for an hr and then explained too quickly what to do. The whole time leaning up against the counter drinking coffee. When the hr was up I tried to do what he said but my phone still wouldn?t erase and turn off.
So I went back hoping to catch the same guy but after waiting a couple of mins a lady came to help. She again was sort of helpful. But not really engaging was grumpy about helping and didn?t explain what she was doing. I had to ask her why she wanted bank card and drivers license. She said it was for a new eSIM and then just turn off the old phone and it would be sorted and ready to send off.
The new phone won?t pair with my Apple Watch and now neither can be found on find my? I don?t know what to do now

Went to 02 exeter today and a lady called chloe saw me entered and knowledge me, when she finished with the customer she was helping. She looked at me and then proceed to go to another customer which entered the shop 5 minutes later than myself. Until my fiance said something she completely ignored us. Chloe is a horrible sales rep, dont use her as she is pointless and a liar.

Usually impossible to even get acknowledged in here. Which may be for the best, as on this occasion there was no queue, butvthe absolute basket case salesman in this store legitimately tried to convince me that £65 per month is cheaper than £44 per month. I almost couldn't believe my ears. 10/10 for brass neck, but surely insulting people's intelligence so thoroughly can't work very often, can it?

I just had to say what helpful and friendly staff there are in this store. I have had several visits recently, being a mobile numpty, about getting a new phone. Eventually I had two to choose from and went in yet again. The one we decided on was no longer availble, so I bought it in John Lewis, thinking they would help with setting it up. How wrong I was! They would ... at a considerable cost. Luckily O2 came to my rescue again when I couldn't set up properly and helped me out. Fabulous service, I'm so grateful. I would highly recommend this store. I'm just sorry I couldn't buy my phone from them. Thank you O2 Exeter!

After 5 difficult days trying, and getting nowhere to get an issue with my wife?s iPhone order sorted via 202 and social media, I went into the Exeter store. What a difference in service. The staff were all polite and extremely helpful. and my problem was dealt with and sorted within minutes. Can?t thank them enough.

I went to Exeter O2 shop and was served by Dhaval, he was was extremely helpful and patient! He resolved my SIM card issue and now I can use my phone again.

One of the women was so rude. No smile at all, talking like shouting and very fast so difficult to understand.
Bad explanation.
Poor customer service.
She shouldn't be working as a service assistant.

Death dear dear, called in mid- morning today , Monday. Initial
Impression was poor .
Only one assistant dealing with a customer, other staff oblivious of me .
Eventually staff member did attend to me and showed me the demo phone I wanted but it wasn't in stock.
Staff member who dealt with me looked scruffy and assistants only had a lanyard to indicate they were staff. Some simple but smart uniform would be more reassuring and welcoming I feel.
Not a pleasant experience going in the store today sorry to say.

They are only interested in selling you a phone, they won't help with any after sales service, they just say they'd have to send your phone away. The woman I saw today was surly to the point of rudeness and said she wouldn't check my phone. Even when I bought the phone the guy wasn't too helpful. Avoid this place.

Store refused to take my O2 online return despite their contact centre advisor, the day prior, telling me on the phone I can. Also as per the photo, my O2 account told me I can, as did my contract. I asked the contact centre to call the store and ask to accept my return, magically and conveniently for them, the store is now correct and they can?t take the return. Basically, colluding to cover their own backs. 1 hour+ wasted on the phone to O2 to get garbage solutions like ?go print a returns label at an internet cafe? (I?d love to to know where in Exeter such a thing exists), and proceed to the Post Office which is an equally horrific company as O2. So stoked to be ditching O2 forever.

Popped in today to see about an I pad for my daughter, Chloe was very helpful and turned out I was paying way too much for a Sim only deal and my daughters I Phone,came away with I pad and Samsung galaxy watch for myself saving myself alot of money for more (seemed like Barnstaple store were ripping me off!)Thank you Chloe you were very helpful ?
