Went to pay in cheque at ATM last Sunday, machine not taking deposits. Went this Sunday and machine had no envelopes.
Only main banking institution not having photo option to pay in cheques and the city branch ATM not maintained ?

Good branch, plenty of staff so not much waiting arround needed. All very professional and able to offer advice on options for different savings and investments. Always have been able to carry out all my required banking options.

I had a great experience today at Nationwide in Exeter, I was helped by a very helpful and understanding and knowledgeable member if staff, who helped me with my account, his name is Steve, without his help today I would have been lost today, i would highly recommend Nationwide Exeter Branch.

Staff are really friendly, queue not too long also staff coming to people in the queue and asking about the problem as they have special desks for bigger problems.

I felt I had to share my review of this branch of nationwide Exeter. I have banked with Nationwide for 20 years or more.The review goes to a couple of experiences I had at this bank which I will no longer use because of the attitude of certain teller staff there..And yes before I go any further it is my opinion of what happened to me..But in my life I have never had such rude disrespectful customer service before in my life..And yes I put in a complaint but it turns out it was all my fault..And to add I'm lucky to still have my money there and not sent back to me in a cheque.I use the Newton abbot branch now it's a breath of fresh air to what happened to me at the Exeter branch.

Rarely use a high street bank now but when I do, I've always had my queries addressed quickly. My last visit they were in the process of closing the door and reopened just to let me post a cheque in which was a nice touch.
