I absolutely love nandos my favourite restaurant and exeter was also my favourite one. I came here and had to wait 10 mins to be seated even though it was empty and staff standing around chatting while there is a queue out the door. I can't believe how many people walked away as they could see the staff standing there chatting and not bothering with customers. I can't believe how much this restaurant has gone down hill. Food amazing staf absolutely terrible bring back Domingos pintos.

Service is sub par to say the least. The restaurant is half empty yet we have been stood waiting to be sat for 20+ minutes. Would have appreciated being allowed to sit whilst we wait for the kitchen backlog to be sorted.

I'm a big fan of Nando's, but it's disappointing that despite having a large Muslim customer base, they don't offer halal chicken. This seems like a missed opportunity to be more inclusive.

Such a brilliant environment for a family lunch, we didn't wait too long for our food and it was very hot and delicious. No complaints.
Kid-friendliness: We had a 6-year-old who was immediately given drawing equipment to occupy himself whilst we waited to order and receive our food

A young chap with tattoos greeted us at the door, with a huge welcoming smile, and showed us to our seats. Very polite and made sure we were comfortable. (My first time at nandos). We noticed how he was this way with everyone that walked through the door, and was also watering and clearing tables.
We enjoyed the food and the choice of sauces, that were available to try.
Overall a great first experience.
