We popped In To look at prom suits, and were approached by a sales person called sebastian, he was so helpful and attentive. He noticed all the little thing my son was saying and knew exactly how to help,even calling him by name which really put him at ease. he found his perfect suit so we purchased. We would recommend as they were all friendly and knowledgeable.

Exeter Branch-Beware the rudest staff ever and in particular the arrogant Elliot who apparently has no surname. I have today come across the most appalling staff rudeness I have ever seen in customer service. Following my complaint of a belt bought from here I was treated with rudeness and dismissive attitude that was the worst I have seen. The belt was used only on 9 occasions and was quite expensive. The leather had split badly and seemed a very cheap shoddy product made in china! I was told it was out of the 30 day return period so basically go away. This doesn't apply to faulty goods that are only a few months old so I wasn't going to accept this information. I was told it was the law and to leave the premises. I asked the name of the rudest little man and I was told his name was Elliot but he said he didn't have a surname.! The junior was polite but the other manager there was just as rude and dismissive. I will get a return through customer services but if you are the main manager reading this you really should watch the cctv to see what this crew are doing to your business. I will never shop there again and I will discourage as many people as possible from going in there. Shame on you Moss for not training these ignorants!

Never worn a suit nor have I ever had to look at buying one so I can?t say I was looking forward to this experience, but hat?s off to the guys at this store - incredibly friendly, helpful, patient?and not pushy at all - faultless experience and over the moon with what I came away with - would highly recommend these guys if you need a suit!

Great service, fantastic selection to choose from. The staff member I dealt with was excellent, gave me lots of options to try on and gave sound advice. Didn?t catch his name but had greyish hair and beard with glasses, a great ambassador for the company.

9/9/23 exeter branch.I had the best service from Jermaine and team in the rental part of the shop this afternoon. They help with size and nailed down the perfect suit for me, it took a few goes and they were brilliant and couldn?t do enough to help me.They explained all the options and even when certain things weren?t in stock they found ways of making sure I got what I liked.Will 100% go here next time i need a new suit or formal wear?.thanks lads you legends.

The second time i get a suit from them. It's not worth looking for different businesses. The team knows what they are doing. Very friendly. Will be returning for more outfits

Previous purchase was surprisingly good so came back for a tailored suit. I was helped by a surprisingly young gentleman that helped me tremendously, the other staff were friendly too. Cost was a few hundred less than other tailors so will likely be back!

David the assistant Manager is part of an inherent problem at this store. The arrogance of some of the staff is obviously fed from management given my discovery today that David is the worst offender and is actually management himself. Rude, obnoxious and lacking in customer service skills. You chose a career in retail David, step up and deliver or find an alternative career.

I hired my wedding suits from the Exeter branch for my groomsmen and myself. Chris was a massive help and answered all the questions I had, no matter how stupid I felt they were. After a bad experience with the Cardiff branch, Chris really was a saving grace and will definitely be returning to the Exeter branch for any future suit needs I have!

Returning a hire suit, friendly greeting, simple check it was all there and we were out. The whole suit hire has been great from measuring and Collecting in Cambridge to the return at Exeter after a wedding.

Went in to moss bros on the 4/6/23 was very busy initially. On return shop had quietened down was served by a very helpful member of staff called DavidHelped me find sizes and gave me plenty of suggestions. Came away happy with a well fitted suit and shirt. Would highly recommendIf like me you don't like shopping when it's busy I'd avoid mid day and come a bit later in the afternoon
