Very disappointed. Last Saturday at 9am there was no normal 4pt blue top on the shelf in Cranbrook, only expensive blue top.
Also I can?t find a way of making the app default to the Cranbrook store, not even if you last ordered from there. It defaults to exeter so this weekend I ended up driving to exeter from Cranbrook for my shopping because I stupidly ordered a click and collect from them. The text to collect didn?t come through for 40 minutes after collecting time so myself and another customer were sat in the bays waiting? Out of a £25 shop 4 items were subbed. Not a joyful experience

Dreadful. You can only use the awful self service checkouts early in the morning and then you have to wait ages for someone to come and authorize alcohol or medicines. Got fed up with waiting, so I've left my shopping and walked out.

Visited today (Sunday 1st dec) and shocked by the state of the place. Rubbish was strewn all over the place at the entrance. Once inside , it was like an obstacle course with virtually every aisle obstructed by cages of produce or Rubbish. I understand shelves need to be stocked but it seemed chaotic and really messy . It was a stressful and unpleasant experience and I won't be hurrying back ..

BLATANTLY RIPPED OFF !!!!!!
Advertising savings with your card then when getting to the checkout and paying no discount
Embarrassing and the screen is so far away you can?t see what your being charged
Not cheap anymore the only thing cheap are the store fittings
Disappointed went to vacuum car at the adjoining garage paid and then the hose was missing its end and full of cracks

My family's main shop for groceries. Always has everything we need and cafe is nice as well. Live, laugh, love Morrisons. ??

Not very friendly staff in the cafe. Told me there were no beans for my loaded nachos. I said that was ok. They came out with just nachos and avo. No cheese sauce. When I asked, lady took it back and said there was no cheese sauce, so I settled for grated cheese! Not exactly loaded nachos are they!
