Waited to be served (4/1/25) only to be ignored by the person at the checkout, who seemed pre-occupied folding a jacket and not making eye contact, when I asked ?are you serving??, he looked up at me and ignored me, then another person approached the till (seemed more senior), he just leaned against the till/counter, glanced across the shop and didn?t even bother to serve me.
Needless to say, I put down the goods I was about to purchase and walked out.
Is there any wonder why the store is closing down.
I hope that when ?Go Outdoors? take over, they either re-train or replace some of these members of staff.
