We have been here a few times when we come to the cinema once a month and the service and food has always been shocking. I order on the app put in my customisation get it sent to the table as I have a young child I don't want to leave by themselves and on the last 3 occasions they have got our order wrong 3/4 times in that single visit then it's happened the next time and the next time. I get maybe the first time but when you then tell a person what you ordered and they get it wrong another 3 times that's completely incompetent. I spoke to a manager who just shrugged his shoulders and said all he can do is apologise but then didn't actually say sorry. Totally uninterested. We will not be returning we will spend our money where we get the right food we have ordered and good customer service

Was able to tick off this McDonalds before the System 7 gig at the Phoenix. I was looking forward to adding this one to the collection. Firstly the card reader didn't work and I had to go to the till and wait 20 minutes for my McPlant. I'm always supportive of the staff and don't like to be too over assertive as this is a city centre McDonalds with a large student population having a burger meal. We cleared the table and it was being more that my order was forgotten than that. I feel the branch could do with a more experienced manager as the staff seem under a lot of pressure. Nice city location with a larger footfall just needs a new dynamic.

Cold fries, cold overcooked fillet fish burger. Zero soft drinks or milkshakes - just bottles of water and coffee. Ordered a large meal and received a medium. Atmosphere? Surrounded by braying Exeter students. The worst McDonald?s in Britain ?
