Very sad ending to a much needed pharmacy
After a long fight to stay open today I went to collect prescription to be met with locked doors and repossession orders stuck to door, no warnings were given and the staff turned up to work to find locked doors.
It seems the landlord had ordered eviction after chemist have been unable to pay rent increases.
I just want to say a big thankyou to the staff who made the chemist so warm and friendly. I really hope you are all able to find employment in nearby pharmacies.
I like many are going to miss you.

The staff and ladies that work there are really lovely however the main pharmacist himself is quite rude - I had an emergency 111 prescription for an inhaler but the pharmacist said I had to go though the gp first - he didn?t explain very well and it lead to a lot of confusion and back and forth with the gp surgery (who were also confused by this). When I asked him to explain more to me he said a few words and then walked away which was very rude and quite careless. I am in healthcare myself and I just don?t think it?s appropriate to not finish a conversation like that, particularly when the situation is urgent and I was worried. The other staff are lovely, the pharmacist is the only issue.

Visited today for the first time since this changed from Lloyds (where service was always awful) to Allied. What a turnaround! The lady who served me couldn't have been more helpful and had exactly the temperament I needed seeing as I was unwell and needed medical advice. ??

Staff are really nice, it can be very busy but its expected as its a pharmacy. Its normal to wait for some prescriptions, people who get frustrated should realise the staff are just doing their jobs. Be nice, people!

As stated in another review, sales assistant was rude and abrasive, not sure of her name but as a customer I dont expect to be spoken too as if I'm an inconvenience, and don't expect to be snapped at and expected to shout out my date of birth andaddress in front of a packed shop in prescriptions are never ready. On one occasion even being told my prescriptions had not been sent over when the surgery confirmed they have.Note to management customer service training is urgently required along with more staff and sn IT system that is up to the job!

Awful service. Prescription due Wed, now Friday still not done. Absolutely chaos in the store and staff don't seem to care about people waiting. Couldn't tell me when Prescription would be ready and I seemed to need to be added to a list for it to be made up. When surely by ordering it 6 days ago I should already be on the list

Hopeless, always a long wait.didn't have what i wanted so took prescription somewhere else, after 5 days had still not removed from the system to allow me to collect somewhere else!!Use Well by Lidl instead, very good.

This pharmacy continually using excuse for incompetent practices. Always either the system is not working or no staff or now rude because customer's are becoming so irritated by waiting.

I have tried to phone this pharmacy several times but they never answer the phone. I will have to drive there to sort out my father?s medication. Not good

Really quick and professional, only complaint I have is they close for lunch and it doesn't say this on here.
