Great service from the team here tonight... The cashier Kathryn took the time to explain the best offers and the lads doing the serving were friendly and the chicken was piping hot...

Just been here today. Waited 20 minutes and just gave up in the end. There were 4 lads completing orders, yet not 1 of them acknowledged us stood there, not even to say they were busy or we would have to wait for a bit. This is everything that's wrong with society today. We won't ever bother going again as it seems to be run by cretins. Do what humans are supposed to do for God's sake and COMMUNICATE. I give 0 stars.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, Awful outlet, just disgraceful!..... Took over 20 mins from ordering to getting the food, which looked like it had been thrown together by a toddler. The staff have less morale and interest in being there than a Turkey than just found Bernard Matthews grinning at it, and at least 50% of the customers were returning to the counter for mistakes or missing items!..... Save your cash and your time, please go elsewhere ?

Unfortunately as much as I love KFC the service was bad not enough staff.
The food when it eventually came out the chicken was warm the corn on the cob piping hot was a let down.
May of been having a off day.

I went into kfc for 2 gravy mega boxes i ordered at the till and placed my order and i also requested for there to be a drumstick in 1 box and a breast in the other wich when i took it home to eat there was a drumstick in both boxes and when they called my number thats when they informed me that there was no gravy wich they should of informed me when i placed my order and also it took about 20 minutes to get my food how can they call it fast food if it takes 1/3 of an hour to receive my food all and all this restaurant is absolutely appalling i will be expecting a 10 pound voucher from kfc to pay for the disgrace of the service

Absolutely awful meal, the chicken was overdone and very dry. I had all of 9 chips which was spicy (which I didn?t ask for) tried to ring them and didn?t even answer the phone. Definitely would not recommend

Food was cold aero shake was more ice than a shake. Staff rude and dusting and cleaning tables next to us to make it go towards us to hurry us up so they can shut the one side of the store early. Food is overpriced and tasteless

The drive through was empty, yet I waited for more than 10 minutes for my meal, which sat in front of me at the window. I think staff had been waiting for a small side, which if asked I would have changed or just left.
The food was fine, but a little cold.
Service was alright, I was told after order card or cash, no contactless, which is a bit of a pain.
I can't really speak much about the atmosphere, the checkout window staff were friendly enough, but an update or alternative on what was going on would have been nice instead of just being messed up there for over 10 minutes.
