No hot drinks, food looked like it had been stood for hours. The shop itself was absolutely filthy. Bins over loaded tables had empty food wrappers on and needed wiping down. And there was people inside smoking vapes.

Always double ur bucket. However they have great teamwork and don't tale long.
Vegetarian options: Be quick to park outside.
Parking: Be quick to park. London rules apply
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Certainly easily to access

Really bad experience. Ordered 20 pcs hot wings and received only 17. This is not the first time. Very poor management.

Better at getting just eat orders right, but wasn't clean to rest in, stuff all other tables, only a couple clean, could be lazy students, however the bin was over following

Had to wait 40 min after spending £45. Looks like the delivery's go out and is more important than the people who are sat in your restaurant. I think you should get your priorities right as the walk in customer was there way before delivery service .....
AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
But may I add the staff we're good and the poor old cook didn't no which way to turn .

I would like to just mention that there is an incredibly nice young man working here who's name I believe is "Jigar" (my spelling may not be correct). We've been to KFC many times and know what to expect before walking through the door. However we were met with the pleasant surprise of fantastic customer service, with a warm smile and enjoyable small talk. He was helpful and proactive from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the building. Jigar's genuine and joyful demeanour really made a lovely end to my night visiting Exeter.
