Stayed while on business in Exeter. Lovely room, with a bath as requested. Very comfy bed and pillows.Front desk staff were brilliant in particular Roy who bent over backwards to accommodate special requests etc. Staff were all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend stay here.Was very happy to see that they have people who have learning disabilities working in the restaurant at breakfast.One slight issue which is why I?ve given it 3 stars - a colleague joined me for dinner. First of all, nearly everything we tried to order was off the menu/not available - so my colleague ordered the cherry tomato farfalle and added chicken as a £4.00 upgrade - the entire dish cost £19 and was minuscule - definitely not value for money. My colleague is a chef and was shocked at the portion size and basic-ness of the dish; when it arrived we both thought they?d sent out a starter size in error. We complained but apparently this is the size they?re happy to serve- but definitely not value for money or at all satisfying - colleague went back to his hotel and ordered food there. Very disappointing and I felt dreadful having suggested eating there. My veggie burger was slightly better but the burger was dried out as if it had been waiting already cooked for a few hours. Most disappointing.I would definitely stay here again but be very circumspect about ordering dinner/foodRooms: Lovely room, quiet. Comfy bed and pillows -Walkability: Great location with easy access to town - with restaurants etc very close at handFood & drinks: Dinner was definitely not good value for money. Breakfast was however, very good- veggie sausages available - lots of choice breakfast buffet.

We made a booking on the Leonardo website for one room for one night and charged for the room at time of booking.After departure we were charged again!. When this was brought up with the duty manager we were informed there is a glitch in the system and it had booked us in twice and should have been informed at time of booking ?( We were also informed by the duty manager this is an ongoing problem)When asked for a refund we were told by the duty manager they were not in a high enough position to offer us a refund?Although the hotel and staff are nice it's not nice enough to pay twice !!!

The only complaint that I have is in regard to the dishes at breakfast. They were always dirty which felt extremely unhygienic, and whenever we told the staff they didn't do anything about it. This continued for the whole 2 weeks that we stayed at the hotel.

Great hotel to stay in Exeter.The staff is amaizing and super nice.Breakfast is quite good as well and has a lot of offer.The rooms are big and spacious!

Excellent hôtel. Clean, modern, stylish, lovely atmosphere and just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of town centre. £13 for 24 hour parking at triangle car

The Hotel was nice. The homeless, drug addicts and people with serious mental being housed their at tax payers expense was not.There was a member of staff called Lyma working there when I stayed. She is an asset to your company. So hard working and very friendly. I suggest your promote her or give her a pay rise.Hotel management was shocking and very disappointingRooms: Ok

Me and my girlfriend booked a room but got the dates wrong, we rang up at 01:30 am and was answers by a helpful man called Honsu (sorry for any misspelling) he simply couldn?t of been any better of a help. Was so understanding of our situation. Hopefully the people above him applauded him for the efforts he went toMany thanks again

This is the best service I've ever had. Not been here for almost 9 months the lady called Ffion. Absolutely smashed it.She not only still remember my name.But always gives me the best service.Always highly recommended.Definitely come back everytime I come to Exeter.Walkability: Not far from town. Parking is only opposite. Easy to park.

My stay was good since staff were kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable.Safety: The area is close to busy roads and felt safe.Food & drinks: The food was good but I would have liked more gluten free options.

Comfortable room and breakfast was adequate. Stayed two nights. Breakfast on the first morning was interesting, as even after the main period all the tables were not cleared, with a lack of coffee or tea mugs. This was much improved on the second day.
