Arrived on site and was told by Richard to get off site in a very rude manner. Management of this company needs to be sorted out!! I get that times can be stressful but please communication with drivers & customers need to remain professional at all times.

Great selection of tools and materials. Always has in stock what you want. The staff are always on hand to help as the place gets very busy. Refreshments inside store. Lots of parking spaces to accommodate vans and trailers.

Placed a order for 5 packs paving blocks, been told we will get it in 5 to 7 working day, we end up getting the stuff after 15 days of several phone calls but the worse it's that we get delivered only 4 packs and 106 blocks not enough to complete our job , theire excuse was that they made mistakes when we paid and they asked us to pay extra to get the rest of the blocks. Clearly we asked 5 pallets and they charge us the money for , very unhappy and make it difficult for us

Brilliant service from Tony and Johnny! I hired a sander for my floors as I've been struggling to restore them. Tony was absolutely incredible! Very helpful, plenty of extremely useful advice and 24h later I've finished my floors having previously struggled with them for a week. It's so nice to see this kind of customer service, especially in a male-dominated environment. Tony made me feel welcome and no question was silly. Jewson is lucky to have you Tony! I will definitely be back to hire more equipment from you.

Thanks to Geogina who helped me with matching a paint colour today.Great service, polite, engaging, an asset to your company.I had 44 years in construction, a large part of that was a buyer for various house builders.Best wishes for for the new baby as well!??

Expected delivery 0830am, no calls at all from Jewsons. Called them at 1100am to find out they had decided not to deliver due to "access difficulties", which is funny seeing as DFS and other huge lorries suceed in delivering!We had a whole working party ready for the delivery. Which never came.The driver LIED saying they had called us and then not delivered.Jewsons did not offer an alternative, no offer of redelivery the same day despite asking, no sincere apology.Disgraceful customer service with no respect.Never using again, and advise everyone else to stay clear, they do not care for their customers.

Big thanks to Aaron for sorting out 20mm plum slate for our project after I initially ordered stuff that turned out to not be what we wanted. Got it exchanged and didn't charge for redelivery.. absolutely brilliant service, give that man a good Xmas bonus! ?
