I asked a woman a question about my meal and if my friend could order with her and she was really rude and when my friend went up to order she glared at her and spoke in a rude tone didn?t say anything and we felt very uncomfortable and was very disappointing. Good food but service was disappointing

Chips were cold and waited 30 mins for food after the other members of our party had their food so by the time ours came it was cold. Service was okay.

We have been to several of the restaurants in the Hubbox chain and have never been disappointed. This visit to the Exeter site confirmed what we?ve always thought of the brand. The staff always do their best to ensure you have a great experience in terms of food choice and service. We chose All Star burgers which were the best we?ve had anywhere. The tasty slaw and hand cut fries were amazing. It?s clear that the interior design, menu creation and overall vibe are carefully considered all adding to the customers? enjoyment. I will continue to seek out these restaurants in the south west and beyond knowing that I will always have a good time in very pleasant surroundings. Look out too for the fabulous lighting over the stairs. Wow! Thanks staff, we really enjoyed it.

I had the All Star burger.
I was amazed that eventhough I'm gluten free I could choose any of the burger options.
My burger was delicious and one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I liked it so much I went back for breakfast the next day!
I would definitely recommend and plan to revisit.
