I was in store today and I was appalled by the behaviour of staff. There was a young girl with additional needs that was working in store, the staff with her were talking openly about their frustrations as to why ?they had to have her?. All while the poor girl was listening.

The staff are not helpful
They just faffing around
I bought it at 10:05 based on a notification that I got it and they should give me a gift bag because I was the first 100 but the gave me sorry instead of the gift bag.
I am so sorry for them that they lost me too.

Plenty of ideas for the younger generation!
Bit basic in the flooring and no where for the older generation when waiting on relatives to purchase items.
