She was super helpful and really listened to my needs.I then popped in this afternoon with my friend and the owner was really helpful and genuine! “I purchased a SIM card at a location in London but wasn’t able to activate it on the website. I came to this location to see if they could help and was SO fortunate to be assisted by Becca the manager! She tried to activate it multiple times on different devices, dialed a special helpline exclusive to Superdrug associates, and when it was clear it would take a while she suggested we didn’t need to wait at the store. Instead we gave her a number she could call us on and left the shop. Within 20 minutes she rang us back; when we returned to the store, she explained what the issue had been, and went through all of the steps to activate the SIM with me. I was extremely impressed with Becca's dedication to solving the problem and ensuring I left the store with a fully activated SIM card. Her exceptional customer service, patience, and kindness make this location stand out”
