Jack B is the absolute best. He did everything he could to help me and serve the customers coming to the counter, at the same time. For such a young age he is extremely knowledgeable, kind and understanding. He should be at least the branch manager. He is an absolute credit to the business.

With physical difficulties I managed to get into Exeter branch for a 9.30 apt today (Weds 19th) to find they don't open till 10am and the person I had the apt with doesn't work on a Wednesday!!And now I'm waiting for a call from Clare, at the Branch, who promised to ring after 3pm to confirm another appointment...I assume they close at 5 so presume I won't be hearing from her?!

Just drove an hour to make some account changes (local branch is never open) only to be told you have to book an appointment to do basically anything and there are no appointments available. Staff were rude.

?????? WORST BANK EVER ??????They blocking and suspending account for stupid reasons and make you walk to the bank to unlock it, so you need to basically beg to be able to use YOUR MONEY!

Just came back from the branch Halifax in Exeter. Customer for 18yrs....DISGUSTING customer service. Three 'ladies' greeted me at the front door all speaking at once. All contradicting one another. Very rude individuals. Why bark at customers. I will find another bank. I work in the health service, I am also stressed about covid. But everyday I treat and speak to people with Respect.
