Had a new battery fitted as it needed coding to car. Polite member of staff. Gave an estimated time . And actually called when the car was ready which most garages don't. Great service

Avoid, unless you want it damaged or turned away because the repair is too insignificant for them, they want your brakes and tyres for easy money.

Cannot recommend the Marsh Barton garage highly enough. I had a cracked exhaust, a hospital appointment to get to later in the day, and only three hours to get it fixed.Rob was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and professional. He promised to get the repair done so that I could get to my appointment. He delivered. Try to get this guy when you go into Reception.The price was reasonable and the mechanics were all charming, especially the fantastic chap who turned off my engine warning light.In all, I?d recommend this garage to everyone.

Very disappointing garage and have now gone elsewhere. Our MOT was cancelled twice in three weeks. First because the "ramp had broken" and second due to a "software failure".We also needed help with our brakes, which they misdiagnosed twice and then, on the third time just gave up and never rang us back with a quote from Hyundai. The staff did not demonstrate any care for our vehicle (they just left it unlocked in the carpark) and we will not be back after this terrible service.

If I could leave 0 stars I woukd have done. I booked my MOT to happen at the Halford Exeter garage the day after I got back from a holiday abroad. Just before I left I had been called to ask if I could come in earlier which I agreed. The day of the appointment I looked through my emails, but had two different times I should come in, so called to confirm the time. Only to be told that the ramp was broken and they had rung me last week. I was abroad so they would have heard the international dial tone. No message was left and no email sent. When I confronted the customer service person on the phone saying why had no-one emailed or tried to call again that morning. He argued and said they had over 30 MOT appointments and that it was my problem. I shall never use this garage again and would advise anyone not too, as the service is horrendous! Ironically they were quick to send the cancellation email AFTER I'd rung! Pretty passed off as it left me without a car for several days and we're out in the sticks so getting around not that easy.

Always seems to be busy here but you do get good service.They desperately need Aircon in the office though!

Took my Mini to see if they could resolve an intermittent rear light fault and the chap I saw was so helpful and informative.He trialled the WD40 Option with the connection. That sadly didn?t resolve the problem BUT neither did he charge the £185 Mini diagnostics fee to tell me that the unit needs replacing. Thank you ?Service: Electrical

Highly recommend- we called in with car issues on route to Scotland and they had us back on the road in just a few hours. Super friendly staff, even recommended a lovely place to walk whilst we waited.

Called to book my car in for a egr valve replacement to be told by Kieran that I would get a call back very blunt no decent customer service at allI then called back as didn't receive a call back to hear this member of staff winge that I called back! to another colleague to be told there flat out and I'd have to wait very rude no customer service skills and clearly couldn't care less about the customerDid not expect this from such a large company
