Very helpful; after a thorough investigation it was suggested that there was no need to replace the battery but that the fob may need a new battery.No charge !

Having been given a Halfords specified battery for my Chevrolet Aveo car in Yeovil. I found it did not fit my car, it was too tall and the plus terminal could not be reached by the cable. Josh sorted and fitted a new one in Exeter nearer to where I lived as I had been away in Dorset. I would like to give him a special commendation. He was efficient and really helpful and gave me further helpful advice about how to deal with some paint work issues also. I went away with a smile on my face having encountered Josh and a sense of relief it was sorted without any quibbles. In fact several staff served me at different points of the transaction and all were polite and helpful, despite the fact that it was the end of the day.

Couldn't recommend them more! Popped into store this morning to get a new car battery fitted, I was in and out of the store with a new battery fitted within 10 minutes as they did it right there and then. A lovely guy called Rupert did it for me, amazing service and I'm very grateful.

Give Jesse a pay rise! What a lovely guy, he went above and beyond to help me sort out a suitable car seat. I've not received customer like this for a very long time. Just got a puncture went to this store at 430 a man called pim I think fixed my bike so efficient and pumped my tyre after and gave me advice So faultless wonderful experience
