To celebrate my upcoming 80th birthday, I had two extra ear piercings in each ear, and the whole experience was amazing. Such care and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble. 10 out of 10.

Had a lovely experience, great customer service and were very helpful! Offered me the best deal and weren't pushy, necklaces haven't broken from here before. Even checked my ring that wasn't bought in there, they were very nice! Definitely recommend

My two daughters had their second ear piercing. Jade was absolutely amazing, my eldest isn?t the best with anything needle related and as a result went very pale and felt like she was going to pass out after she had her ears pierced. Jade was straight on it. Her support was gratefully received. My daughters were so pleased with their piercings, even with one of them nearly fainting, they both said it was not painful this time. Would definitely recommend having your ears pierced here. Great services and value for money. My youngest daughter her second piecing today (Sunday 6th July) once again amazing services this time Hayley did her ears. Would DEFINITELY recommend having your ears pierced here. Amazing services, very friendly and helpful staff ?.

Had a great experience with Hayley & Jade at H. Samuel today. I ordered a watch online which I didn't like in person. The staff were very helpful and changed it for a watch they had on their website. They had no problem ordering this one in for me and kept in contact by phone. Thank you!

Excellent service from both Hayley and Jade. They very kindly ordered in a watch they didn?t have in stock in their Exeter Branch. Their service in the shop during collection and strap adjustment was also excellent. Lovely watch as well.

EXETER DOES EAR PIERCINGS!!!!. Website states closest Samuel store is Newton Abbot but Exeter does it.
