DISAPPOINTING - don?t recommend.
The big guy behind the counter with the beard is either not a morning person, or doesn?t want to be there, but either way apparently it?s Greg?s policy not to warm things up. And he was pretty frosty at Best with his service. Left feeling quite displeased with Greg?s overall. I would not go back there and don?t recommend this place.

Thursday 8am staff 28th March 2024 who ever the man was is rude , poor customer service , and clearly does not want to be here . It?s really poor standards. Ended up going to another restaurant

Ordered chicken bake and pizza. Pizza was stone cold and we weren?t told this where usually greggs will give a warning if food is cold, then when I bit into the chicken bake it was infact a spicy curry bake and when we went back to get a chicken one like we paid for there actually weren?t any and no refund given, just another cold slice of mediocre pizza. Barely an apology or a single F given!

The staff member serving me was very ill mannered, no please or thank you. I ordered a baguette, "theres no baguettes " . No offer of an alternative. I had to crowbar that information out of her. Manners are free, please Greggs, encourage your staff to use them. I'd probably use this outlet again, but I'd approach it with a less jolly attitude . Not that the uninterested staff would notice.

The service area was packed when we went here. Despite this service was still very quick and efficient! My only negatives were the fridge didn't seem to be working so sandwiches etc were at room temperature and quiet a lot of stuff was out of stock.
