I went to Gregg's earlier today, I requested some sausage rolls I could bake at home. The girl behind the counter ( I don't think she was that bright ) said she has some that have cooled down. When I tried to explain I want cold ones to bake myself, she laughed.
Eventually I gave up trying to explain this and left. Turning my back I heard her laughing at me.
I don't know how she thinks it ok to laugh at customers, but I have already emailed my complaint to their customer services.

Disappointed by the Vegan sausage roll - served freezing cold. Heard epic things about it and hugely disappointed. Girl serving was a bit cheeky when i asked if they had any as none directly behind the label and they were to the right of the label. Had never been to Greggs so didnt know that was them. Then to have a cold vegan sausage roll disappointed. Pity as should have been hot/heated up again
