We were served by Liang and I enquired about a Vivienne Westwood watch, she kindly explained they don't stock it but she was happy to order it in. Instead I picked a lovely Hugo Boss ladies watch from the instore cabinet and the customer service from Liang was excellent. The watch was packaged beautifully and we took out insurance too, all details regarding the watch and aftercare was explained to us.

Just walked in as I was passing, researching a watch for myself and my son, plus requiring to get a Longines watch service. What a fantastic experience. Highly motivated and knowledgeable staff where nothing was too much trouble. They even served a coffee while booking in the watch for a service. Highly recommended

The young lady who served me was extremely pleasant and helpful and very patient (l was purchasing a watch with a stainless steel bracelet and I had links removed, replaced, removed...until I was happy with the fit!) Also, l was asked if l would like a tea, coffee or glass of prosseco which was a very nice touch! Overall, a very positive experience.

After spending £1200 on a ring that was discounted from £2500 Worn maybe at weekends we sent the ring back and got a quote back it?s going to cost us £1400 for two chips and set. This is a rip off as not our fault they say the stones are not secure enough and the neck was bent. Not by us. We in the past have got our engagement ,wedding ,eternity ,ring , diamond necklace , diamond ear rings , and a expensive watch. And other diamond rings Looking at all the receipts over 6 years total spend in gold smiths 19 thousand pounds. I?m going to post. On social media. Ect. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GOLD SMITHS ,, THEY ARE NOT THE BEST IN OUR EYES ANYMORE. QUALITY NOT THERE

Went in yesterday and was assisted by a young lady by the name of Holly. She was very patient, not pushy and extremely helpful. Good selection of rings, earrings but not so much instore for necklaces though. On the whole I came away very pleased with the purchases.
