The manager on duty today went above and beyond to help me and did it all with a smile on his face. I have ADHD and made a decision in haste and ended up buying the wrong thing. Although policy didn?t allow him to refund the item as it was climbing related, he went out of his way to show compassion for my mental health and sorted an outcome that I was very happy with.

Such great customer service from Steven at Go Outdoors on Thursday. We were searching for a camping trolley to support us with festival accessories but couldn't find any in store. Steven had a good scour around the shelves then offered to check the recent delivery that had come in. Sadly, there were no more in stock. However, my partner cheekily asked for the display trolley and Steven was super accommodating. Fantastic service and wonderful human. Go Outdoors is lucky!

I am very grateful to the young lad ? sorry didn?t get his name and the manager? supervisor? who assisted me by searching their spares for a connection to a air beam pump. He didn?t just give me the ?sorry but? ax he could have but twice searched his spares draw and solved our problem and without him our holiday would have been a disaster ? whoever you were ? thank you so much ? customer service as it should be !!

Went in today to order a bike and none of the 3 staff in the store apparently knew how to take an order for a bike. Words fail. Wasn't even after advice just to place an order.

This store used to have a large area for footwear and stocked a good range of brands. Now it only has a small area and a very limited choice. If you don?t want to buy Peter Storm products (which I have found to be of fairly low quality), then it?s best to shop somewhere else. I certainly will!
