“Had my ears pierced here today - even though they were short staffed & the poor staff member had to run the shop. Brilliant service - I was half expecting to be told they couldn’t do it as it was half term & very busy.I think the negative reviews about the shop (not the piercing side) are from people who clearly haven’t worked in retail - the member of staff had gone without a break, still tending to customers as I told her I was more than happy to wait, even keeping an eye out for the young girls who weren’t with adults on top of giving me a really friendly service.Retail, short staffed & half term is hard - maybe people should think about that before leaving a negative review!!”
