Our room was very spacious and the was a double jacuzzi bath. We didn't try it though.Noteworthy details: Walking distance from Exeter Airport. On site holiday parking at reasonable cost. Great for an overnight stay before or after a trip away.

Booked in for early flight ?? Never saw anyone all done via app. Room was clean but couldn't get anything to eat there. Ideal location for Exeter Airport quite noisy though and didn't get much sleep ? but still glad that we booked in as flight was very early. Parking on site to guests staying.

Lovely big clean room and space, lots of parking, about 10 yards from the airport but still nice and quiet. Lovely managers/staff - thanks for the taxi recommendation, cute puppy cuddles and chasing us down to make sure I had my water bottle on a super hot day! Really would recommend

The room was OK for one night. 100 meters away from a busy A-road meant a constant din of traffic. We melted into the mattress so not ideal for anyone with back problems. They also forgot to put soap in the room but we had our own. Although I'm picking faults, the room was fine for our purposes so would recommend.

This B&B has to be one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in and I travel alot. It has a great key box service so easy check in. My room was so spacious and spotless the bed is so comfortable. Being right by the airport and an A road you'd think it would be noisy but it's very peaceful. Highly recommend this B&B. I will definitely be returning.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy. The bed is SOOOOOO comfy, first time ever not waking up with a bad back. As it was the heat wave, had the window wide open all night, could hear the traffic on the a30 but that did not bother us. Free WiFi and tea/coffee in the room. Will return

Nice large rooms very highly decored large free car park with cctv the only let down was road noise from the main road but once window was closed it was solved and the lack of places to eat near by but appart from that a nice place to stay, oh and be aware even though i was only there for 2 nights house keeping never locked my door after leaving my room

The Room was really Large and very Clean Parking was really easy The Manager was really helpful and always available on the phone Due to Covid restrictions they are trying to have as little contact as possible so didn't actually see him Very easy to pick up the keys from the key box Disliked · The bed :( Considering how big the room was the bed was really small and really hard so the sleep was really uncomfortable After two nights of difficult sleep, we requested beddings for the sofa bed so one of us can sleep on it which might give us a better sleep but it wasn't provided I booked the hotel when I read the review that it was the best night's sleep they had had, perhaps they were on their own in the room and liked a firm bed. It wasn't the case for us.

Neat and tidy. In room 4 and noise from nearby A30. Also a general complaint of hotel bathrooms, no shelf on which to put toiletries. Large enough room, and we only stayed the one night. Handy for Exeter airport, being a five minute walk away
