Even though I was the one buying the new wing mirror glass part for my car. Paying with my money. They only acknowledged my boyfriend, offered all advice to him even after I asked a question they told him the answer and said yh just look on youtube. they completely ignored me. My boyfriend doesn?t even drive. Shame.

Just had an appalling experience at the Marsh Barton store. Tried to buy a new battery for my car- the same one i have had for 5 years which has worked fine but just went flat as i left the car idle for 2 months. As my car number plate didnt come up on the desk functionaries computer he refused to sell me a battery insisting my car was an import and that was the only reason his computer wouldnt work. My car is not an import. I asked him to speak to his colleagues and showed him other car battery store websites which gave this battery as an option. He eventually sold the battery to us but was incredibly rude throwing the battery on his desk. I suspect he is not used to interacting with women. No customer respect. I would suggest some customer interaction training would be benficial.
