Management really need to have a word with their awful staff members. The lady who was working 15/11 around 7:30pm was extremely rude to the lady in front of me, I was shocked that someone would talk to a customer how she did. Also it wouldn't hurt to crack a smile.

To the management! Teach your till staff some civil manners and respect!Popped in to grab a bite to eat for the lady to not say a single word at the till and throw the items onto the counter surface after scanning them, and couldn't even open her mouth to ask to tap the card on the machine, just pointed nonsulantly with a pen!Disgracfull- date and time of visit: 15-9-23 1245hr

Service can be hit and miss, but being next to Sainsbury's fuel station they have to keep their prices competitive. Quality fuel that isn't hiked up on price like a lot of service stations works for me

Absolutely shocking service. The lady behind the counter has a terrible attitude. Will never go back. Argument over a half measure of coffee (she claimed it was a full measurement). After spending £200 on fuel!!
