Went in to move my phone to a SIM-only deal as my contract was up. Sales rep asked if I work from home (I do) and suggested that I could save a few quid per month on my BT home broadband by moving to a 'business line'. A few days later I get an email from BT telling me I'm liable for over £200 in early cancellation charges, which was never mentioned in store. Straightforward misselling. I've been an EE / Orange customer for nearly 20 years and this isn't the first time I've had these kind of issues. My current mobile contract will be my last with them. Horrendous company

Took out a 30 day rolling mobile broadband account as I live rurally and don't have service.
A girl called Melissa served me and I am now facing a bad credit mark on my credit history due to her not completing her forms correctly.

I lost my mobile phone today and in panic went into Exeter High Street store. 2 of the young men went out of their way to be kind to enable me to try to trace it. I can only thank them massively for their kindness to a not so young lady. I wish I had noted their names but didn't in the anxious moment. Thank you both.

I went to an EE store today. Three employees did not care about my presence, they just stared at me and it made me feel uncomfortable. Finally one employee approached me, he was chewing gum and smelled very bad. I wanted to buy a new phone and I had a few questions about my current phone. The employee made me feel that he did not want to help me, he interrupted me when I was talking,He referred me to customer service. I changed my mind, i dont want phone from you guys anymore. If cooperation with your company looks like a "conversation" with this employee, I prefer to go to another shop. When leaving the store, 4employees including manager stood and looked at me as I was leaving, they did not say goodbye, absolutely nothing just watched me. Everything was wrong, attitude even personal hygiene

Can not speak more highly of the help and support given by Manek to solve our phone problem. We had been having problems setting up a new phone and after two visits to EE stores and another new phone with no solution to the problem he was able to sort it within in minutes. It amazing what can be achieved with a little out side the box thinking and helpfulness. Thank you Manek you are a credit to the store.

Not happy with EE store I went in this morning to do a simple task end up being all-day
I wanted to remove the content lock I was told you have to phone so
I phoned EE and spoke to a very nice lady who said you CAN do it in store
As I do not have a credit card this is my only option
Do in the afternoon 3pm ish I went back to the EE shop and yet again was toled no you have to do it on the phone the girl checked with the manager and they both said no you have to do it on the phone
I said to them what EE had said this was quickly dismissed I walked out
Phoned ee they said you can do it in store
The call handler said as a one-off I will help u to resolve this
I'm not impressed think more training is needed
