Last week My dad and I visited, with a view to buy a new sofa. We were expertly advised by Max, who couldn?t have done enough to help us. He walked us through all the options for styles and fabrics and was incredibly patient throughout. When making such a big purchase he provided the right balance of giving us time and space, but was on hand as soon as we needed him.
We went home to double check our measurements and bought the same sofa online, the very same day, with the confidence it was the right choice for us. Can?t wait for it to be delivered soon! Thanks again Max for all your help!

They do have a wide variety of merchandise, But it's a shame it's such a high price. I have asked sad members of staff.Questions about products and they don't seem to know. I also bought some sheets that didn't fit. Even though they were never slept on, I was unable to return Which I think is a harsh rule.
It's a very clean environment, Lot of products to choose from. All of their labels are clearly marked. Plus the reduced sections are sometimes really good

It was a complete mess when we visited and they had only just opened. Not enjoyable to shop around and took ages to find what we needed due to the mess the shop was in. Not good for the brand image.

So visually overwhelming. Spent half an hour looking for a double bedding set. Saw one member of staff who gave vague instructions. They don?t even have all the double bedding on one shelf. They have the colours separated. I just wanted some brushed bedding sets. All I can find is the set in an undesirable colour in the sale area. The entire organisation of it needs looking at. Hectic.

Beautiful shop but not very wheelchair/scooter friendly. The cafe is huge but can be difficult to maneuver with a big chair or scooter.

Visited with my daughter to buy a difusser and have a coffee and cake. The cafe is lovely the carrot cake was lovely and moist and the americano was amazing. My daughter had delux hot chocolate and a bacon roll. Very good value.
