There?s a lot that goes into making the right decision to purchase the bed that?s right for you. Measurements at home, trawling the stores online and then drilling down into the spec of a potential product - all take a certain amount of time and effort. We were really impressed by Paul who greeted us at our appointment at the chosen Dreams store and after an hour and a half, we had organised the divan and mattress, delivery, disposal and all the ancillary arrangements that go with the purchase.
Friendly, knowledgeable, professional and really helpful - Paul made us feel really comfortable while we made our decisions and it was a pleasure visiting the showroom. Thankyou for making it a great experience.

We were served by Aaron ,he was really knowledgable as to what type of mattress we needed as my husband is disabled and he kept sliding off the edge of our present hypnose mattress and landing on the floor .Aaron took the time to analyse what he required.It was a lot more than I wanted to pay but I feel sure that with Aaron?s help we have found the right mattress for my husband .He is a credit to your store .

Went into store few weeks ago, was no pressure to buy? had a browse. Then the lovely Jacky was really helpful. Gave me some great information and advice on a new mattress. She Gave me a pillow and said go give them all a try & offered me a tea/coffee. I did go back and buy a mattress I recommended this great store

Great experience at Exeter store. Joe introduced himself and allowed us to peruse at our own leisure. Then offered pillows to have a more realistic bed testing experience. Eventually guided us to the perfect mattress for us. No pressure, thanks Joe.

My wife and I purchased new pillows today from Dreams Exeter. The salesman Aaron was very helpful, he even took the time to find a record of an old purchase we made over 10 years ago so we could match the product as we mentioned that they were the best pillows we?d ever had.

Sadly we have had an awful experience with these guys. We weren't 100% about the bed but were told we could do a comfort exchange. We had a few issues with delivery but eventually the mattress arrived although it was slightly damaged. We tried it for a while but one bad back later decided to do comfort exchange. The guys doing this were very rude and unhelpful (one in particular). They pointed out the original damage and refused to exchange (even though that had been tracked on first delivery). We paid an extra £90 delivery for comfort exchange (not explained to us at start) and paid to upgrade. We are now left with an uncomfortable, damaged bed and we've paid more than it's worth buying don't have the mattress we just paid for. To make it worse the guys accused our dog of creating the tear which was there on first delivery. We're absolutely appalled so far and will update this depending on resolution from their customer service but be warned - the comfort exchange does not appear to match the promises we were given.

Called at Exeter Store.
With the view to purchase a New Bed, The salesman Joe enquired what type of bed we were interested in.
Having listened to our requirements we were
directed to the various beds & what to look for. with no pressure from Joe, any questions just ask having chosen what could be suitable we decided to give it some more thought & come back after visiting other stores in the area.
Returned to Dreams after a few more questions we made a purchase.
Delivery was arranged.
Joe is a very experianced person on the products he sells & is a
CREDIT to Your Company.

We went to Dreams to test out a mattress we had seen online. We were shown this mattress and five others which might also be suitable given our preferences. The staff were really friendly, very knowledgeable about the large range of mattresses and gave us excellent advice. We were then offered a hot drink, left to try out and compare the beds and eventually we were able to make our choice at our own pace without any pressure. I would highly recommend this store and its excellent sales staff.
