Went into store few weeks ago, was no pressure to buy… had a browse. Then the lovely Jacky was really helpful. Gave me some great information and advice on a new mattress. She Gave me a pillow and said go give them all a try & offered me a tea/coffee. I did go back and buy a mattress I recommended this great store
