Twice my order has been send to cowick street, twice they have took the money ,twice it?s not turned up twice I?ve rang them
To find out where the pizza is twice they said they can?t help me my kids treat night is out the window and also now out of pocket yet again avoid cowick street

Ordered a chicken feast with no mushrooms or sweetcorn, never had a problem before, the store was dead with no orders in staff standing around and still they messaged it up because they can't read properly, they somehow managed to read the no mushrooms but stuck sweetcorn on it anyway.. so now having to pick it off before I can eat it, living 25 minutes away from this dominos I can't just pop back. Will not use this branch again.

Avoid this Domino's!! The manger couldn't care less about customer service absolutely shocking attitude! Food was horrible and cold, place was dirty and run down.

This place is appallingly run! Our pizza delivery never arrived and when we rang to ask where it was we were told ? it?s been delivered and the driver had no issues? - well I?m sure he didn?t , giving free pizza away to people that hadn?t paid for it!! They promised to call back and never did. We called them again an hour later - and then they virtually accused us of trying to steal from them!!!!

Came in and first thing was said to me is : alright ???!!! How about hello good evening, how are you? . You don't even know me , ( maybe you should put some costumer service training) the guy who served me was an Asian guy with food or crumbs still on his lips unless he had dry lips , very aragont and cocky no recommendations , or even a smile, asked for two pizza and he strait away say that's 20 pound when I mentioned it was a deal for 25.99 with 2 sides he realised he missed out on a sale and started to try to upsell to me too late , get you act together,normally I spend between 45 and 65 pound on pizza but with the staff attitude I just gone with basic .

Well I went to domino's tonight to buy my daughter a pizza for her tea to be told its card payments only so when I said we'll you should have a sign on the window outside the shop not just inside the man serving was very rude with no customer service experience said if you can't read the sign inside the shop from outside then you go to get a eye test so I am going to take this further
