Great customer service at Currys! Maciej was very helpful in helping us choose the right product and made the whole purchase quick and easy. Really appreciated the support! This is the worst Currys branch I have ever been in. First they completely denied helping me with an item I wanted to exchange as I had ordered it online. I thought it was fair so didn?t mind it much. But then I wanted to know more about few IPhones and honestly the staff personnel assisting me was extremely unhelpful and a little rude too. I ended up not buying anything and just leaving the shop right away. (And ironically he training another junior member at the same time). I have always liked all the Currys branches I had been in, the staff members have been genuinely helpful and nice but this one is really disappointing .

Came in today to buy a Tv and a sound bar. Superb service, and the sole reason we paid slightly more than online was the staff member called Manu. He talked us through everything, listened and showed us exactly what we needed. He?s an absolute credit to your Exeter store. Thank you Curry?s, thank you Manu.

If you don't understand modern tech, there is only one place to go! Currys have a super range of boffins and geeks with all the knowledge you need to help you decide what you want.
I go in befuddled and feeling antiquated, and leave full of confidence in my newfound know-how. The world wide web can be a cold void without knowing what you are looking for. So the personal contact with a human who knows STUFF is so reasuring.
Thank you for making my life easier and for providing me with exciting new gizmos!!

We popped into Currys in Exeter just to have a look around ? but thanks to Nathaniel and Harvey, we ended up spending a small fortune (and honestly, no regrets!).
These two were absolutely brilliant ? so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely charming. Their product knowledge was spot on, and they managed to explain everything in such a helpful and friendly way. It didn?t feel like a sales pitch.
I walked out with a Dyson Airwrap and insurance the lot and my daughter left with an Apple Watch and all the extras. We weren?t planning to treat ourselves, but Nathaniel and Harvey made it far too easy.
Massive thanks to both of them ? top lads who made shopping a pleasure!

I have just returned home after standing like a complete idiot in the Rydon lane store for 20 minutes waiting for assistance , none came and I eventually walked out . Staff all over the place doing ' things ' other than assisting customers. My money is still in my pocket and will end up in some other companies account but definitely not Curries. Worst service ever..Be Warned..

The worst customer service possible from the Exeter store ,do not care, staff not trained ,ordered a dishwasher ,first one was damaged when unpacked , second one also damaged ,lied about replacement date ,so after 4weeks cancelled ,did they care about the cancellation so going to prefer from another supplier ,please do not use this store ,I plan to take this further but it will get me nowhere . .
