The staff at times are busy and tables are left to clear. Why don't Costa invest in units so late customers can help by clearing their tables by putting their trays on these units as is done in many restaurants.

Food was great, staff on shift were great. However the off duty staff member using the entire restaurant as a creche and letting her screaming child run around the entire time (egged on by i assume its grandmother) ruined it. Left with a thumping headache. The poor girl on the counter was suffering aswell.
Absoloutly disgraceful.

Just ordered via Uber Eats, Ordered one hot chocolate and bacon bap!! to receive the order without my food, NO BACON BAP. They have no contact number so unable to call to receive my food and UberEats say it?s Costa that?s the issue.
I am disappointed and money down.
