I always stop at this coffee shop while seeing to my business at the city centre.
The staff are quick, clever, and properly barista!
They always remember my tipple, and often remember my name.
They also help me with the key-lock to the loo, though it?s a simple thing, they prevent me from struggling and feeling silly for it.

When we visited it was a bit cold but the coffee was nice and hot but unfortunately it was now card only not good some people still like to use cash next problem no cups left it had to be takeaway plastic/paper cups might be better if they employed more staff to do some washing up also not much choice in food this wad about one o'clock in the afternoon so maybe not ordering enough don't know but I my estimation this place has gone done in standards over the last couple of years could do better plus tables not cleared outside definitely staff problems will try some where else next time in Exeter

Staff go above & beyond to accommodate a packed store. They worked very well together to make sure our complex orders were correct. No food bought only hot drinks.

The slowest service I have seen in a Costa for some time. Staff seem oblivious to the queue extending our the door. Little activity behind the counter, just lots of people moving things around but not really making an coffee!
