3 times now ive had the alcohol of my uber eats order not in the bag, never had any other item missing but always the alcohol I will never order here again, uber says take it up with the shop and when I emailed head office they say take it up with uber eats so much money down the drain

The store is dirty, sometimes even smelly. Very often I find mouldy vegetables and fruits such as lemons, chillies, cherry tomatoes. It's not looked after well, and the shelving deserves a deep clean.
The rotten veggies are really off putting.
Needs serious improving.
edit: Thank you for your reply, Michelle. I really hope to see an improvement in the coming days: that the staff will maintain the shop in good state of cleanliness and that the shelves will be regularly checked for potential expired items. I do not mind a shop a bit low on stock, but hygiene and cleanliness should be the top priority. Best, R.

Always seems like they have run out of produce. No matter when you go in, it is always low stock. Also, there are never any baskets near the door etc. Shame, as location is very handy.

Location-wise, this store is well-positioned and has a good-sized car park. You can also park on the road on the other side of the shop. In my experience, the staff is helpful and polite. The only problem is that stock levels are often low, so I tend to drive further to Tesco, even though this one would be more convenient for me.

I have never had an issue in this shop, it being my local and close and most convenient for me. The staff are all friendly and talkative and willing to help anyone that comes into the store, been going there for years and never had an issue, great staff.

I came in the shop this morning just before 7am with my wife whom is in a wheelchair, since the remearchandising this store isn't wheelchair friendly and some of the staff particularly Lisa is blatantly dismissive of my wife ,Lisa talks over her to me ..why ? Is it your policy to employ bigots..I am very unimpressed. I'm considering seeking legal advice and if I could have scored negatively I would have I'm a regular customer but it's only necessity that makes me frequent your store this isn't the first time my wife has been discriminated against by the staff you employ. In this day and age to see discrimination because my wife uses a wheelchair. DISGUSTING.

I tend not to visit too often. The stock levels are poor. Untidy shelves with little product variety. Seems a bit small for a shop if you ask me. Parking is poor and general attitude of staff is very poor. Its a shame the costcutter next door closed a few years ago. I'd rather go to the Tesco in Exwick.

convenient hours, not too expensive really for a convenience store, good selection of food and household items, friendly staff, free car parking. if you join the coop loyalty scheme for a pound you can save quite a bit of money. worth investigating, a cut above your average local store.............

Better than before, some friendly staff for a change. Still problems with stock, freezers are always lacking but it is a small store so likely not a great deal of storage. They still struggle to keep a stock of the simplest things! Tiny carpark at the side of the store.
