“Having had zero service from Three customer support over the phone, I came to the shop in Exeter, where the current manager and a female member of staff were extremely helpful in assisting me to close my account, something I have tried to do on 4 occasions over the phone with total failure to achieve by the phone support staff. Further, the staff have today helped me raise a complaint to reclaim charges the company has applied in maintaining the account against my express wishes. I have had the contract since 2016 to 2018! Very greedy of Three, but the store staff in Exeter are a credit to the company!”

“I just had to say what helpful and friendly staff there are in this store. I have had several visits recently, being a mobile numpty, about getting a new phone. Eventually I had two to choose from and went in yet again. The one we decided on was no longer availble, so I bought it in John Lewis, thinking they would help with setting it up. How wrong I was! They would ... at a considerable cost. Luckily O2 came to my rescue again when I couldn't set up properly and helped me out. Fabulous service, I'm so grateful. I would highly recommend this store. I'm just sorry I couldn't buy my phone from them. Thank you O2 Exeter!”
