Superb service, the problem was diagnosed quickly and was a reasonable price too for labour and parts. Lloyd was a friendly, efficient and tidy worker who had my Beko washing machine working in no time. Polite, on time and honest. Very much looked after me as a customer to come up with the best solution and didn't try to make us spend lots of money on parts which weren't needed.
