Been a patient here for many years. It?s never been a brilliant experience, mainly due to communication issues but the quality of dentistry has always been good. Now they?ve turned 100% private and couldn?t give two hoots about our transition. We?ll be taking our money where we?re treated like human beings!

Absolutely atrocious. Receptionists are rude beyond belief and the phone does not seem to be manned. I have had appointments cancelled on the day twice and now my family have all been advised we can no longer attend unless we pay privately. This has left us in a very difficult situation with emergency treatment needed for my 8 year old and no response to calls regarding the referral.

They were great till they cancelled my family's appointments due to the dentist quitting. Said they would contact when the appointment could be rescheduled but never called back. Never answered phone since and now heard they are becoming private only. Don't go near them they only care about the money.

Ive never had an issue with this Dentist practice. I have been here for over 10 years and the service/wait times has always been faultless. Carmen my dentist has always been great and the receptionists here have always been polite and helpful.

No regard at all for their NHS patients. Left my 6 year old son without access to urgent dental care today. The manager?s reasoning was that he hadn?t attended an appointment in over three years. Well, during that time we?ve had a pandemic, during which my wife was shielded for the entirety and I still had to work full time, we had actually made two appointments that the practice cancelled on the day, via text message. In all fairness, we also missed two appointments due to illness and my wife having just had given birth, BUT she rang and left a voice message apologising and asking to reschedule both times and never received a response. The practice never informed us that they were now listing our son as a ?lapsed? patient and blocking him from receiving NHS treatment with them. Not only has my wife spent 4 hours on hold to 111 today trying to get our son seen by emergency dentists (I wonder how much pressure these underhanded tactics have put on their services), but she?s also been responded to by the manager of the practice, Andrew Burness with complete disregard and disrespect. Andrew refused to revise the decision not to see our son, even though it?s actually their fault that he hasn?t been able to receive routine care in three years anyway. Just look them up on Facebook and you?ll see countless complaints from other patients who have had appointments cancelled at the last minute, have been unable to get through on the phone lines or even leave a message because it repeatedly said inbox full. Andrew stated today that they are now over 95% new staff, but this doesn?t wash if they?re still punishing patients for the mistakes of previous staff.

I've been trying regularly over the last 6 months to call to get an appointment, but nobody has answered the phone until today.They tell me that I've not been in for 4 years (correct, due to COVID and being entirely unable to get through on the phone!!!) so they've kicked me off their NHS list!!

Beata is a credit to this practice. She recently treated me for root canal and I was extremely nervous. She put me at ease and made an unpleasant experience as unpleasant as she could. I really appreciate her treatment of my tooth which has been causing me problems for some time.I haven?t always had the best experience with Bupa but I really feel that Beata as well as the rest of the team are trying to improve the overall experience that everyone is receiving.

Disappointed I have to give it any stars. Have now had 3 consecutive appointments cancelled. No one ever tries to ring up to book me and kids another appointment, impossible to get through on the phone and no one ever rings back when you leave a message. Went in to book face to face but told my dentist has left and I have wait till they have a new one, and my kids can't get an appointment because they haven't had one before. Shambles.
