These agents process so slow, difficult and irresponsible. After asking us to fill out a rather invasive and unnecessary financial details, they still didn?t manage to figure out the affordability on time, and blame the landlord for pulling out last minute. We also offered to pay for half year to full year rent in advance, they said no? After spending almost a month with them, they only respond and move thing a bit forward when we call them, otherwise no progress at all. We trusted them and wasted whole month waiting for their slow progress, only one day before the date we were suppose to move, they told us that landlord decided to pull out last minute even though we passed our financial check. I suggest for people who rent, not to go with them lifetime if you don?t want to end up homeless and stuck in Exeter Airbnb trying to get a place desperately. People who is landlord, please give other hard working agents a better chance. There are agents out there move things as fast as they could to help the landlord secure a tenant?not like Bradley, after whole month of wait and in the end blame the landlord for pulling out last minute?

Thanks to Bailey at Bradleys, we've now bought our first home. We were looking at properties advertised by Bradleys for a few months. Bailey knew what we were looking for, emailed us the property, arranged a viewing ASAP, efficiently liaised between all parties and we now have our home! We always knew that due to the situation with the in-situ tenants of our flats, relatively low financial returns and current financial funding restraints, the sale of our rental property was never going to be an easy one! We knew it would have limited appeal and accepted it may take time! BUT Maria, Bailey and all the team at Bradleys took on the challenge and did an amazing job in promoting the sale and finding the "perfect match". Throughout the process they were on the ball and kept positive (even when I was whinging!) and together with my legal team, guided the sale to a very positive completion. Absolutely amazing customer service from the very first day we put our house on the market to the final day of completion.
Bailey & Maria have been incredible throughout our process helping us to fill out documents and helping with any questions we had.
