We recently sold our house through Bradleys having bought it through them 24 years ago. On both occasions their service was absolutely excellent!Our recent sales experience with them could not have been better managed. Christian, who came to value our house and talk us through the marketing process was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and open about all aspects of the process. When it came to accepting an offer his advice, and that of the rest of the team, was both realistic and well thought through; making sure that our buyers were the right ones to go with.Cathy then helped us with the process going forward and was always full of expert advice given in an extremely professional and helpful way.We could not recommend the Exeter Bradleys Team more highly and would definitely use them again!

The whole team at Bradleys were incredibly professional and 100% went above and beyond their duty. We had a few hiccups along the way selling our late mothers property but they pulled the stops out and it was processed successfully just in time for Christmas. I would not hesitate using this very proactive, caring and professional team again. I would highly recommend them.

We bought with Bradley?s, but didn?t sell with them, but we might as well have because they did most of the work of the whole chain as far as I could tell. Cathy, who I understand used to work in conveyancing, is very efficient and knowledgeable, and kept the whole thing moving through some extremely challenging conditions. We aren?t often able to say this of an estate agent, but we were very grateful for all their hard work! Would definitely sell with them next time.

Selling my house with the Bradley?s team was the best choice when deciding which estate agent. Meeting Robin was reassuring as he swiftly put the house on the market, and ensured the details were correct. Soon after his visit people were regularly viewing the house. After a few weeks the person who bought the property offered and agreed a price.During this process I met the formidable and amazing Cathy. Her wise counsel ensured I was ready to exchange. Unfortunately a person further down the chain did not receive the support that Cathy and her team gave myself and my buyer. We then experienced delays. Despite the delays, created by the limited support for the person earlier in the chain, Cathy was on the case moving the purchase/sale forward. She was incredible and I am forever grateful to her. After some gentle encouragement from Cathy I eventually moved into my lovely new home.My experience supports my recommendation - I cannot recommend Cathy, Robin, Felix and the rest of the team enough.
