Spent 5 minutes waiting at self checkout waiting for assistance. Asked for assistance after being completely ignored. Worker rolled their eyes at me whilst reluctantly approving my age for caffeinated beverage.. No apologies for the wait. Wasn't even busy. Taking my prolific meal deal business elsewhere.

I had a great experience in the Boots Exeter. A lovely lady named Hana assisted me with choosing tinted moisturiser and Lipstick. She was super friendly and helped me to choose what I actually need with my skin. Boots also super variety of skincare products.

I don?t make a habit of going to this store(if you want peace and quiet and more pleasant shopping experience, try the Exe Bridges store just out of town).
Aisles are cramped, people crossing over each other, noisy, confused, lots of different aisles mish mash of toiletries most high end, perfumes and branded cosmetics all encroaching on each other?s space not much room to browse without getting elbowed in the back. The mission to get upstairs on the escalator and back down in one piece is challenging. Very expensive place to shop now, with any of these large stores a loyalty card is recommended. Lots of staff mulling about but not much is happening here apart from the 3 menacing looking security guards on the door. They obviously get a lot of theft here as they have even blocked off one of the exits! There?s surveillance galore, upon leaving you get a proper once over look by the security, crazy as Boots was always my go to store 10 years ago, but it is now it?s feeling quite intimidating and stressful. Same with most city stores I guess, it?s the sign of the times.

Pharmacy department Exeter has poor systems in place. Waited for 20minutes in queue, Thursday late afternoon . Kept waiting again for 5 minutes after explaining my health problem to be told I was in the wrong queue to buy what I needed. Joined another queue for another 10 mins . Eventually bought the correct product & then asked for a specific pain killer . I was told it wasn?t sold by boots but I had bought it there previously. When the lady opened a glass cabinet she still said they didn?t sell it . I had to point it out to her . A long drawn out process with poorly trained staff & systems that are not working well enough in a busy store . You need to do better Boots!

I had the most wonderful experience at Boots in Exeter on Wednesday, March 19th, around 2 PM. A lovely blonde lady assisted me in finding the perfect match for my Estée Lauder foundation, and she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found the right shade. Her warm and welcoming attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate her patience and expertise?she's a credit to the team! Thank you for your fantastic service. ??

I went to boots high St exeter today brilliant service from tracy and rita I had difficulty in finding products these two assistants went out of their way to find my products thank you very much

Tried to use a gift card that was available online and in store then when I asked how to use it I got told that it was not possible - even though it said on the card that it was available to use in any boots in store, this then meant I had to move all my products to a ?cash? register and that I had to rejoin the back of the queue.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received! Lady on the top floor till (name beginning with ?D? and ending in ?e? - happy to give full name if asked) shouting at elderly customers and myself to use the self check out instead of her till. The elderly couple behind me needed to refund a faulty item and I needed to use a gift card which I could not do on self checkout. Extremely rude and made me feel like I was making her day the worse thing ever for simply doing her job, cussing and dramatically sighing during serving me. If she hates her job that much maybe she should considering working somewhere else instead of ruining someone else?s day.

I had an extremely unpleasant and unfair experience, a female stuff treated me like a thief. While trying to collect my order, I noticed a trolley with parcels and confused if it?s self collection site, I checked to see if my name was on any of them. A middle-aged staff member with grayish-blonde hair abruptly grabbed the parcels from my hand while shouting ?it?s not yours!!?, and then keep rudely scolded me.
Even after I explained my confusion she still considered me as thief and continued to speak to me in a harsh and very disrespectful tone, without any apology.
Such extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour is outrageous

On a mission this morning in store! I cannot fault and I genuinely need to mention the most knowledgeable and courteous young lady Abbie. I so want to support the High Street shops amongst the deals that they can't match online...that's becoming a tad more impossible. . but a super
courteous young lady today.. understood and recognised what I actually wanted... and also made my day! I truly hope she gets her recognition as she's a natural. I had a really lovely time in store. Thanks to Abbie ??

I was served by Scarlett today! She was so helpful and very nice to chat to. I needed some advice on makeup and she got me exactly what I needed as I didn?t have a clue. Would highly recommend the staff in here, overall a very pleasant experience :)
