I have been working as part of the Bluebird Care team for over 4 years and can honestly say I love my job as Quality and Training Manager. It really is a joy to go to work every day. I am proud to be a part of such a friendly, dedicated and professional team who share the same passion and values to deliver outstanding care and support to our customers, and to be the best at what we do. Learning, development and progression opportunities are encouraged and supported and the Directors are an amazing couple, who genuinely care about their customers and their staff.

I've worked for Bluebird Care for the last 3 years and have been able to grow with the company since graduating from University, from Care Assistant to Assistant Training Manager. They are highly supportive of new people coming into care - I know that as it was all new to me 3 years ago! Friendly staff with a great person centred approach and really care about their customers.
