Most nasty best way branch in uk..it was over £600 items missed in delivery. I have marked and took invoice to branch.the manager got my invoice and said going to check then call me.then i called him next day he said his busy.again i went branch after week he said am really busy.this is happened several times. Finally he lying and said i didn't gave the invoice.

Since the Plymouth branch closed it has been a nightmare. The staff use to be helpful, could get everything we needed but that has now gone. The story is filthy, staff unhelpful and the language is disgusting. Nobody knows where anything is if you ask for help they shrug their shoulders or don't understand. Only ever one till open si it can take forever to pay and frozen goods start to defrost. Now the shelves are empty, you can only go in between 10am and 2pm which is very difficult when trying to run a store. If only there was another option to go to besides bookers. Such a shame as the quality of their own branded goods are brilliant but again very disappointed that I can now only usually get about 25% of my stock needed from them.

I really liked shopping at the Plymouth branch, lovely caring people, good selection and well run branch. I visited the Exeter branch, and it could not have been further away from what I used to experience. None of the people working there were interested in helping, there were split bags of food spilling onto the floor, badly organised, and the place had a general feel of being dirty. When I queued up to check out, the guy on the till was so engrossed in something else, I waited patiently for 10 minutes for him to finally get round to checking me through. Needs alot of improvement and some basic human care !! Changing to Booker.

Today in Beech road burry park in Luton driver of Exeter depot was blocking the whole road by parking right in the middle was also being rude to the public when they asked to park properly. He took 20mins to unload and wait other drivers wait.

Arrived at 5.35 to open an account - store closed at 6. No-one at reception, No-one on shop floor. Had to search out an office and found a lady (who was very helpful) . Some guys appeared on shop floor and turned all the lights off! I needed something from chiller room; no-one assisted me and I even had to find the light switches myself!! 0% customer service - the guys obviously wanted to leave on time. I didnâ??t buy anything as felt so pressured to leave. Left store at 5.50. Will certainly not use them for any of my businesses!

Not interested in walk in customers. Not interested in customer service. Unprofessional management. Seems rather an unpleasant company to work for from having reviewed Indeed Recruitment. Other wholesalers like Booker offer you a more cordial service and a better environment to shop and ALL customers seem alot more welcome. Shame
