Very poor service. Sold me a pull out larder that couldn?t work as it was 10? too short of the unit it was meant to go in. When I complained the salesman told me (and get this) it?s a known problem. Shame you didn?t mention that mate before I gave you £250.

Charged £6 for delivery because they only had 6 in store when needed 8. They delivered to wrong address, had to drive there to find no one lives there then spent 15mins on the phone. Still got no idea what?s happenings as they couldn?t get through to the store, waste of time. Should have just got it on Amazon!

We purchased some GoodHome paint. We wanted black. The colour band on the tin showed it as black but as it had a colour name we didn't recognise so we tracked down a member of staff who said it was a very dark grey, almost black. We have now opened the tin and it is a battle ship grey, not the colour we wanted. We wondered it if would look grey in the tin but dry to a near black colour but, no, it is still battle ship grey. I won't be buying any more GoodHome paint from B&Q and won't rely on what the staff tell me the colour is either!

Over priced but a large store, could do with a better out door garden selection. Staff are friendly and approachable, always happy to help. Lots of parking available. Great location.

It's a real shame you only have self service check outs...I often see you are selling a product I want but I just don't want that horrible self service queue experience. You are destroying your business.

Very poor customer service from Alison at B&Q Exeter, was unable to help with a query and refused to provide any additional help or contact details on how to recover money that was incorrectly taken for an online order. The rest of the staff are always extremely helpful here.

Do not order anything from this store as they will cancel your order an hour before the delivery slot, and your refund will take 2 weeks. Incredibly poor logistics operation run by B&Q all around.

I went to the Exeter store yesterday, I wanted a piece of worktop cut to a particular size. I was ten minutes from choosing the product to it being cut to size by a very helpful young man and Olli helped me load it into my car. Fantastic service!!! Thank you!
